The recent Pasteurizer Course was a success. WAFP sponsored the recent Pasteurizer Course taught by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection; UW Madison Food Science, Zep, Inc. and others held in Monroe Wis. April 2nd. We had 54 attendees learning more about pasteurizing foods.
