The Pasteurizer Operator Training Workshop 2026 was a great success! The event was hosted at the beautiful Lakeland University campus, which provided excellent facilities and lunch for all attendees.
This year saw incredible engagement, as we had 77 people take the exam—making it one of the largest groups we’ve ever had! A huge congratulations to the participants who passed the exam.
A tremendous thank you goes out to Leili Afsah-Hejri and Lakeland University for hosting us. We also want to express our sincere appreciation to the wonderful speakers for sharing their time, expertise, and great information. Special thanks to Alex, Takiyah, Kristen, and DATCP staff for their lectures and dedicated support of the event.
