Lindsey O’Brien is the Quality Manager for Arena Cheese, Inc. She develops and administers the quality programs, maintains regulatory compliance and works closely with production to bring safe and high quality cheese products to market. Lindsey worked as the Quality Manager for Foremost Farms USA in Lancaster, WI for 5 years. Prior to that, she worked for 11 years researching foodborne pathogens in the Applied Food Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Food Research Institute. Lindsey has a Bachelor’s degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
