The Wisconsin Association for Food Protection (WAFP) is a non-profit association that provides leadership in food safety training and education for Wisconsin food processors.
Founded in 1943, WAFP has approximately 200 members from all phases of the dairy and food industries.
The Wisconsin Association for Food Protection's programs provide training, education and networking benefits for our members with education and networking opportunities to enhance the safety of our food supply.
WAFP is the Wisconsin affiliate of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP)
