High Temperature Short Time (HTST) Pasteurizer Training Course is designed for Pasteurizer Operators to Meet the Requirements of a Trained Pasteurizer Operator As Defined Under Chapter ATCP65

The course includes an exam, and upon completion of the exam and passing grade the student becomes a certified pasteurizer operator.
